I asked Anne to help us price our lake front home and explained to her that we had some related family interested in it, but that we would end up listing it with a realtor if that fell through. I did not expect much more than a quick price range given the likely scenario. But was I ever wrong! Anne was extremely helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. We found Anne through Zillow by trying to see one of the houses we liked. After some discussions on what kind of house we are looking for Anne started to send us a list of properties we might be interested in. (the response time was great) After making a list, Anne arranged for us to see those properties in person. This is the 1st time we have actually met and it was a great experience from the start. Anne explained the whole process in detail and this actually helped us a lot as we are 1st time home buyers. We have visited 4 houses in 1 day and at each house Anne told us what to look for (what she was looking for) and what might be a good starting offer. 1 of the houses had missing information but Anne made a few calls and got us all the info we needed super quick.
