• Proactive Marketing & Fiduciary Loyalty: Beyond standard MLS listings and third-party sites, I market properties through a tailored mix of print, social media, hyper-targeted AI campaigns, You Tube, Google, Meta and old-fashioned phone networking (my favorite!)  My Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and in Marketing from Appalachian State University is the foundation to the marketing systems I use today.
