For buyers, especially those exploring the Poconos from afar, I break down the differences between lakefront, vacation-home, and communities so clients understand and choose one that matches their goals. My goal is to match clients with the right home, in the right location to fulfill the right lifestyle they crave. Many of my clients end up choosing homes they never would have found on their own because they leaned on my local knowledge and guidance.

For sellers (including many who don’t live here full-time) I provide hands-on listing management, honest pricing strategy, professional marketing, and the kind of property oversight that most agents simply don’t offer. I check on homes, coordinate contractors, verify access, monitor showings, and communicate consistently so you feel supported and informed even when you’re miles away. I market each property beyond the MLS and third parties using a combination of print, social media, AI and picking up the phone and making calls. I act as a resource to the coopertating agents, while supporting the seller’s fiduciary interests and goals.

Licensed in 2018, I began with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox and Roach in Montgomery County, PA. I moved my business to Lake Wallenpaupack in 2021 and I’ve consistently produced over $5 million and growing in annual sales, with more than 65% of my business coming from repeat clients and referrals from out-of-area agents, clients and friends of my business.
